Happy birth­day! Seems only yes­ter­day that it opened, but today Colum­bia City Bak­ery turns three. Con­grat­u­la­tions, Evan.

Here’s the cool thing. The Bak­ery will donate one-half of today’s sales to UNICEF. I can­not think of a more com­pas­sion­ate way to celebrate.
